I love the story about the Shamans experience. It reinforces my beliefs that it is our minds that create our darkness and that the core of even our darkest corners there is in reality, light.
With regards to integration, over the last 6 weeks or so I have experienced 3 other major shifts and on top of that I have been re attuned to Seichem level 2 and also the Violet flame. And now also have to re adjust to a clean life. My energies are quite scattered at the moment, but I feel strangely peaceful inside. Although just a short while ago I di have a real eruption of anger come from no-where. But as they say, "better out than in."
Hey, I am glad that you are also receiving healing miracles. For me, not long after I wrote that blog, only a few hours after, the change I sensed was coming happened, as quick as that. I am going to write another blog about that, so will post it when it's done.
