conscious wellbeing for ourselves & our world
Fall is the Season of Letting Go
As trees let go of old dead leaves, forgiveness is a letting go of that which no longer serves. Yes, your anger, grief and pain were there as loving ally messengers reminding you to self protect from further hurt or harm. But now you have healed so much, evolved your beliefs and perspectives, and are ready to expand more fully into the higher states of awareness you so carefully cultivated and crafted. If this is true for you it may be time for an autumn forgiveness practice.
The road to forgiveness is a process. But it is essential to open to forgiveness in order to release the pain and trauma from our personal and collective fields. It's also essential for experiencing higher states of awareness and being. And for greater physical and emotional wellness too (especially for empaths).
Fall is the season of letting go. And this year is a big one. Who or of what are you ready to let go? Blame, bullying, grief, heartbreak, resentment or blaming yourself. Is it time to lighten your load and fall into the grace of forgiveness? Setting a divine intention - a willingness to let it go - can help. The relief will feel amazing.
