Last month, Denise flew all the way from Canada to our Carlsbad office to escape the snow and bask in the smiling faces of our Hay House staff. Denise is the author of two of our popular books: CALM: A Proven Four-Step Process Designed Specifically for Women Wh... and The Keys: Open the Door to True Empowerment and Infinite Possibilities. Through her heart-warming and amusing stories, Denise shared her proven process for how to toss your stress aside and live worry-free despite all that paperwork on your desk and all those tasks on your to-do list.
