AFTER WAKING UP WE RECIEVE MANY IMPORTANT MESSAGES FROM OUR INNER SELVES

Are the messages from our inner voice important to be written down? According to my long experience, the answer is yes, they are!

We, as human beings spend one third of our daily hours sleeping, so it would become interesting to use the knowledge gained during our sleep too. Let’s ponder on this theme.   Shall we?

It would be, and then a good idea that we have glimpses at first consciously of what is occurring in is always subconscious alertness.

As we sleep the other half of our planet is awake, so in case of emergency God uses our souls to be present where a catastrophe is occurring. We mystics as we go to bed we offer God our loving souls to carry pout their spiritual social service.

When our souls are not needed, then solutions to some of our problems are sent from the subconscious mind to our subjective mind and from there to our conscious mind. Centuries of data have demonstrated this fact. The secret is to be conscious of our petition to our inner self just before falling asleep. Every one of our physical perceptions as well as our abstract thought plays an important role on this.

Sister Kathleen, what I've always used is to make kind subtle suggestions to my subconscious mind. This never fails. If the message has vital information we don't have to stop enjoyiong our meditaion at all. To return to our physical surroundings takes time; we step by step "travel"from our spiritual world(sunconcious mind) to our subjectivemind( memory, imagination, reasoning powers) and last to our five physical perceptions. Make habits; recording or writing down these sacred messages ok= FEEL FRE TO CONTIBNUE ASKING.

I agree with you. My only obstacle is writing down the messages. During medation I don't want to stop and write. Do you write after medation, after you wake, and throughout the day? Can you give me some pointers? thank you
