Earthing for Wellbeing and Balance

Sensitives: Are You Earthing?

We are experiencing a world calling for radical re-alignments both within and without and many of us are feeling extra tired, perhaps more wired, frequently ungrounded, and are requiring more rest, water, better self care and/or even a heafty dose of radical trust.


No matter how or in what area of your life (or body) you are feeling the effects of our world calling and breaking open for change, taking some time to plan and spend quality Earthing Time (time on the Earth) can help you (and your body) immensely to regain and maintain wellbeing and balance in the current moment and days ahead. Nature is where truth, sanity, order and respite from a world calling for radical re-alignment will always reside. after all, Nature is our ultimate and ever-present Mother.


If you need grounding or nurturing, guidance or energy, remember to spend some time each day on and with the earth. And remember to nurture nature as Nature continues to nurture and sustain us all. Consider bringing an offering of your love (a flower, a stone blessed with your intent, some small fruit or spice offered in gratitude) to leave with your favorite spot or tree or river before you return to your ordinary routine.


Thanking yourself and the Earth for this sacred Earthing time-out can go far to assist your spirit and body to heal and evolve as we continue moving through and into clearer, more expansive inner spaces and (hopefully) outer paradigms.
