It's a new day. Why not spend it with gratitude?
During this blessed summer season, deepen your awareness of the bounty in your life by creating a daily gratitude list. Each night before bed, write down three things that happened that day for which you are grateful. An added challenge: write down different things daily—no repeating! Consider doing this as a family project at the dinner table or sharing your list with a partner or friend. It is our responsibility to honor all that is.
