conscious wellbeing for ourselves & our world

Celebrating Successes, and What I am learning

I am learning that life is about balance. And that we live our spiritual principles on a daily basis whether we know it or not. We are co-creating every day. And things happen in life. We celebrate, we explore, we face challenges, we play, and we love. What makes our journey is how we live in balance with our Truth each and every day. One day at a time.

As a new year begins I ask myself: Am I experiencing more peace and wellness since this time last year? The answer is an unequivocal "yes." The limbic and CNS damage I experienced has improved significantly. I worked through some difficult issues and created a new beginning with my mom. My hubby and I had an exhaust leak discovered and repaired and I am breathing better. I can sit longer at the computer. These are things I am celebrating today.

I walk into the new year honoring myself for the progress and successess I have created. As I continue to heal and awaken, I stay open to the progress and joy that the new will surely bring. One day at a time.

Celebrating my progress is new. And you know what? It feels good!

Peace and blessings to everyone. Here's to a day of Celebration. Happy New Year.

gosh Reid (if you check back in here), you are sooo right. I was thinking the other day, "you know, it can take LIFETIMES (literally) for some souls to learn the "simplest" things. Look how far you've come in the past several years!" let alone, like you are saying Reid, the last 6 months!! and a year ago? really!
good point. great point.

It's funny how we think of time. First of all it is the creation of ego. I was thinking about all the passions I have and how some are just not manifesting fast enough....then I was talking to someone and they said " a year ago you were a mess "...lol....and I thought..wow..I have come a long way in a short time! Be grateful, dog!!
