Blogging my way to Wellness: 4/24

Just finished QiGong practice. I love the teachers on the DVD and the music and setting (which is here in CO, where I live, btw.) It won't take long to learn it w/out the DVD. But I want to get the posititioning down accurately. And I do enjoy the DVD.

If I can utilize this blog to get a regular routine going, that will be great. My intention is to have a daily QiGong practice. It is so simple and wonderful. Not to mention healthy. Why is the resistance to doing something so simple so great?
