It's been a long time since I've posted but I felt compelled to drop a little note to our old beloved site.
Our bodies are undergoing massive accelerated change. Ascension energy is continually upgrading every cell and system in the body including endocrine, circulatory, digestive, immunological and of course all aspects of our complex nervous system. This can feel uncomfortable to say the least, as well as exhausting. The trick is to get more rest, lots, drink more water, lots more water, and practice regular mental emotional & nervous system balancing techniques and practices like earth grounding and mindful breath regulation.
