Due to the hard experiences I had to go through after a brain stroke now I don’t take for granted many apparently simple every day actions. A simple example; our movements. That’s the main reason I feel compelled to enhance the amazing attributes of movement in our lives.As you follow ith your eyes these words from left to right, a great miracle is taken place. It is usually unappriciated by us. Our hearts are working harmoniously, our brathing in and our brathing out are easily carried out without any stress, our blood is circulating in our arteries and blood vessels, our brain is computing all external perceptions plus our internal thoughts and our viid imagination always a step ahead of our current reality.
Please accompany me in this journey as it were experienced by a two year child. A healthy child driven by his never ending curiosity, possesing a huge sponge which perceives, records and remembers evey tiny bit of information done with a joyful excitement.
Let’s start by detecting everything that moves from left to right, everything! Please spend at least five minutes really enjoying every single minute of this programmed action. When this time is due please close your eyes and in your mind’s eye recreate everything that moved from left to right.Now,open youe eyes and give yourself the next action: Let’s be aware of everything that moves from your right to your left. Please repeat this new procedure with good expectations in your mind, remember you are a child who is eager to learn how to move around his immediate environment.In order to obtain good results what follows are the actions recommended for the next day.
