<>Growth and Expansion<>

When you are ready to "Let Go and Let God," getting out of the driver's seat, giving up and Surrender, you will grow into a new pattern of being, then your old thoughts and ways of doing breaks down allowing the new one to begin to form in your mind, hear and personality.

Many of us get "stuck" at this point. We take this personally and start to waste our time analyzing what went wrong and what we are doing wrong. Why are we blocked? We… Continue

"Let It Be"

From Dr. W.W. Dyer:

The Beatles Were Right, by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer

If you ever feel like you are trying too hard, you probably are! Who said that effort and striving are the keys to success? I think the Beatles were on to something in their classic song when they advised that we simply “Let It Be.” Verse 47 of the Tao Te Ching suggests that effort and striving, along with the struggling, worrying, stressing,…

Use It or Lose It!

Easy fellow midlifers...I'm not talking about what you think I'm talking about. This post is about our brains. You know...the organ on top of your body that we should be using to direct our lives (in conjunction with our hearts). Here is a post from one of my favorite health professionals, Dr. Mercola.

Your brain needs exercise just like a muscle. If you use it often and in the right ways, you… Continue

Appreciating Everyone Every Minute of this Glorious Life

I wrote this as I gazed upon my life and the value of those who are here with me now, knowing that tomorrow some may fly. It is so important to remain 'IN' LOVE at all times. No point in doing otherwise.

I Ching Hexagram 60

<>DELIVERANCE<>

HEXAGRAM 60 IS THE CARD I PULLED TO-DAY. I WANTED TO SHARE IT WITH YOU TODAY.

After a thunderstorm, or any period of extreme tension, a period of new clarity and fresh opportunity follows. The storm has the effect of clearing the air and suddenly reducing atmospheric tension. Deliverance is at hand. In the wake of a storm on land, deliverance appears in the form of new color and life, which bursts… Continue

Doctor Knows Best? Nah!!

Please enjoy this read from Hay House:

Defying Gravity at the Doctor's Office, by Hay House

"We cannot reason our way back to health."

Caroline Myss (author)

I took my Dad to the doctor’s today. He’s going to be 80 in a couple of weeks. If you live in southern California, you may have seen my Dad. He’s one of those guys on the beach every morning with a metal detector. He walks two…

I Took the Vow

Growing up non-violent in a fear based society is no easy task, so by nature I put up and shut up about the foolishness and idiocy I have been privileged to witness in the course of my life. Thus it was with no second thoughts I joined Deepak in his primary intent. What I did not expect were the profound internal experiences which resulted in a very few weeks. This has already gone far beyond good will toward people.

A few days ago I turned on the TV (an infrequent ocurrance for me)… Continue

Cheap Health Insurance

There will be no meaningful discussion of health care anywhere - until we define some terms. In the United States of America there is no health care system and there is no health care but personal health care. Just like hygiene. You do it, or you do not. You care, or you do not. Most of us do not because we were never taught. It has only been in the past century rich nations have found a profitable racket insuring people who do not care, against the financial consequences of not caring. Now… Continue

Pleasing All The People, All The Time

Enjoy this from Dr. Wayne Dyer:

You Can’t Please All the People, by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer

“Isn’t it hard to follow the Tao and try to be independent of the good opinion of others?” people ask. Actually, it’s much harder to struggle with either seeking approval or trying to shake off disapproval. If everything you do must be measured against the good opinion of everyone else, what happens to your good opinion of yourself?…

Poet Or Painter?

Are You a Poet or Painter?,by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer

“I’d love to write a book, if I only had the time.” Have you heard someone say this recently, or maybe even said it yourself? Do you really want to write a book or maybe paint or dance or sing or fulfill any creative longing that’s been sitting on the back burner of your life? And is time really the issue? We all have the same number of hours in a day and most of us make decisions…

Obama sees cost of war up close

Today's headline story was so moving I thought I'd post it. In honor of those who don't come home as well as their families. And for a President whom we know as an advocate for peace. This is surely a prayer for Peace across the world today.

Quality Control For Your Head!

Please enjoy this from Dr. W. Dyer:

Quality Control for Your Head,by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer

When Socrates said, “The unexamined life is not worth living,” he was defending his practice of teaching his students to think for themselves, to examine the ideas that had been “given” to them. We all have thoughts that were given to us by our families, our society, our culture. These given thoughts are so pervasive and so ingrained…

An All Encompassing Affirmation

Every day, in every way, I increase in: Wisdom, Love, Gratitude, Reverance, Healing, Peace, Joy, Happiness, Laughter and Prosperity.

This affirmation grew from a simple suggestion Deepak made in his "Seven Spiritual Laws of Success", one of the greatest books written in modern times. If you disagree, I'll thank you in advance for keeping it to yourself. Being very, very Virgo, I saw a wonderful opportunity to expand the simple example to an affirmation of all I wanted for my life.… Continue

Dissertation buy or not to buy-that is the question?

The pressure of writing a dissertation is most monstrous and unimaginable. Due to inability to handle the ginormous task on their own and deadly threatening time constraint, many people decide to buy a dissertation.

It is neither an easy task to decide where to buy dissertation from nor ask for an advice on it. Judgmental as advisors may be, they regard buying dissertation online unethical which is… Continue

The Facts of Life

A fresh attitude starts to happen when we look to see that yesterday was yesterday, and now it is gone; today is today and now it is new. It is like that - every hour, every minute is changing. If we stop observing change, then we stop seeing everything as new. ~ Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche

The Buddah taught that there are three principal characteristics of human existence: impermanance, egolessness, and suffering or dissatisfaction.… Continue

<> Compassion <> Is so Important <>

"What really does Compassion Mean."

What does Compassion real mean, do you know? Have you ever examined the word, "Compassion." It's what connects us to others as we try to understand their point of view, notice their suffering and become sensitive to what they truly need in a moment of difficulty. You must THINK compassion.

But do we really understand what "THEY" need. At this stage in my life I do know more about compassion than I did a few years ago. I heard the, spirit… Continue
