Make peace with where you are.....

At the most challenging times in our life it can be very hard to appreciate all the good things that you actually do have. Take “the news” for instance – it is dominated by what’s NOT going right with perhaps a lighthearted piece at the end of the programme in a poor attempt to balance things out. There are so many positive things happening, in every passing minute around the whole world – but they’re… Continue

Open Wings

omg! I just got home from this wonderful experience of seeing a praying mantis with it's (very large green) wings spread!! I had no idea they had wings!

I was walking my dog Jersey, and she must have disrupted it's safe space. I'm not sure how my eye caught it in the weedy raw open-space area, she blended in so well, but also she was so BIG I couldn't believe it. It was startling! She must have been standing 5 inches…

The Ego Illusion - by Dr. Wayne Dyer

The Ego Illusion

No one has ever seen the face of ego. It is like a ghost that we accept as a controlling influence in our lives. I look upon the ego as nothing more than an idea that each of us has about ourselves.
