Love is the greatest power of all; it has no blemishes; it has no wounds; it heals on contact; it’s light as rain; it washes away sorrows; it embraces change; it’s fearless in being whole and complete…
Love flows from within, remembers its core being-ness; its core light; its core self; it’s beauty; it’s splendor; it’s wondrous….
This is why children are such a great representation of the love and light; the wonder seen in them; the beauty; the splendor; a reflection of… Continue
The signals our bodies use to tell us we need to cleanse ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally are multifaceted and often mirror symptoms we associate with illness. If we heed these signs, we not only feel better quickly but also stave off poor health before it can start. These quick fixes for common ailments can get you started.
Yes, my hubby and I are in a place of change and challenge. I am allowing my feelings to flow their course and reminding myself to find that place of Being and to connect to it regularly. This can also be a time of strengthening and non-reactivity. This is a great teaching by Eckart Tolle. I intend to take it one moment at a time and to see how all unfolds. I am in the unknown, and there is a part of me that feels that ok, we'll stay connected to What Is and see where we are led next. There is… Continue

I would like to share this Post with you, it is so well written for us and I'm proud to share.

Just before your birth—very much like a painter—you had a vision. You decided to take on physical form and be born into the human experience to joyously create a masterpiece. What is your master piece? What are you working on? What gives your life meaning and joy? Be bold, don't compromise! Express your deepest… Continue
I do not believe that everything in life is meant to be a teacher. We can find ourselves getting hypervigilant with spirituality if we let ourselves. And sometimes life just flows and things happen. For example, sometimes when you drop a mug, you are just dropping a mug! One of my teachers named don Miguel Ruiz said to me once, an accident is just an accident. And he was right too. He is also a master of letting things go. And acceptance for that matter. He's been through his own recovery… Continue
It is our natural inclination to judge people, since it happens without our even thinking about it. We take one look and summarize a whole person. This habit comes from the mind’s need to categorize the world in order to be able to function without becoming overwhelmed. When we judge, we are looking for pertinent information, trying to determine whether the person approaching is a threat, an… Continue

Finally, my submission for the craft magazine is all finished. It feels so good to get it finally on its way. Soo good to be finally back doing something that I love. I slipped very easily back into creating something from start to finish, enjoyed thoroughly the feel of threads and fabric in my fingers, the excitement of watching each component of the design come to life, the losing myself in the gentle too-ing and fro-ing of the needle, the sitting down at the computer and writing out all the… Continue

Today a strange thing happened. I was up the mountain visiting a friend and decided to visit the library there and since all our shires have amalgamated you can use any library you like as its all computerised. Its in the lovely old school of arts building and has real atmosphere so I thought I would visit and see what they had. I chose my books and went to the desk to check my books out. The librarian swiped my card. Then she said "Oh, you have expired", she didn't say my card needed renewing,… Continue
If you feel like there are issues infiltrating your relationship with one or even both parents, with your children, or any person that is or has been in your life. Here is a reminder, that I know you have heard many times, perhaps you have used this exercise in the past. It is a wonderful and easy way to smooth those bonds without further breaking your heart.
At time when the OLD STUFF stays with you as you are tossing and… Continue
Well yesterday went pretty well for me. Slept better last night too than I have in awhile with all this ... thank god! The weekends are great b/c eric and I get to play together. helps to keep the focus on better things. took the dogs to what we call "Disney Land for dogs" (a great dog park with a river to play in, horses, and everything fun for dogs dogs dogs) and did some window shopping and gardening too - and it looks (and felt) nice. There was even a film on about Georgia O'Keefe in the… Continue
Today I feel strangely at peace with the world. I was going to try and please all people today, go to a garden show with a friend, go and help out in a friends shop, accept an invite out, I have to do this, I have to do that, I have to go there or here. so many things I needed to get done today.........
But then I thought, NO, i don't have to do any of these things. So I spent an enjoyable few hours pottering in my craft room working on a new design, I tidied up after myself and then… Continue
It is not unusual to feel as though the circumstances of life are pulling us deeper and deeper into a dream. Then we wake up and we struggle to remember what was going on in the dream.
For a few moments you are feeling as if you had lost what you were trying re-call from the dream.
I'll share with you ways I have worked with those moments, trying to re-call situations in the dream that I have been having.
Wherever there is an Action there is a Re-action,
This is a Universal Law, what goes up must come down.
Free Will is a Law of the Universal as well. (Will U or Won't U.)
What you sow, You will reap.
I like this one also.
This is the one I try to use most of the time. lol.
Red light Stop:
Yellow Light: Take it easy, Take a few Deep breaths:
Green Light: Go on your way. Find your safe place within.
I am a legacy breaker. I have consciously sought to heal and free myself of the family beliefs, patterns and system I grew up in. The Toltec's call this "breaking our domestication." And I have been aware of doing this for most of my life.
It's not that I don't love my family now. Or that I see them as "less than" who and what they are. But I have sought to be Free, consciously, and no one else in my family has done this. I have often thought of the fact that even symbolically, I am… Continue
Wow. I came across this video this a.m. and it really helped to re-connect me to myself. Sharing it here with the group. What a great story and journey. It brought me back to my own journey connecting with dolphins in the wild, my soul and my self… Continue

Well, we passed the 9/9/9 and many of us have truly experienced completions. My hubby and I just closed down our old home in SantaFe, New Mexico. We had a friend renting it for 3 years and she moved out at the end of August. We are now ready to sell it, and let go of our old home of 11 wonerful years. It really was quite the completion on a powerful and healing chapter of our lives.
Here is another article I came across in the… Continue
