You may contribute by joining any of the groups; by writing blogs; by just reading the various entries in the groups and see which ones feel right for you.
This is really a lovely site where we are all in recovery of some kind and we support each other.
My suggestion is to join a group.........my groups are Inspirartional Reading, Gratititude & Intention Journal, Our Safe Haven, Soothing Symphonies, Holistic Healing. Have a look at those and see if you like them. Also, please look at the blogs and at the forum...........you might like those,too.
In any case, you're welcome to post your thoughts, troubles, gratitude, etc. Don't worry, you'll get the hang of it soon.
