can I advertise my group on blog talk radio? I really need help! I have basically no listeners and hardly any guests. I would love for some people to be friends on the site and listen or be guests on the show and share their story anonymously. Thanks

I find this true too very wise thoughts! I find naming my pain (the emotional pain) helps it go away.

The intention is for those who seek to be joyous and free from the resonances that still haunt their mind/body after an addiction, and can find love, empathy, connection, and resolution for themselves within this group.

Thanks I am a Tolle fan and have a calendar with sayings of his. I am into Buddhism though do not call myself one as I am a pagan, but I do incorporate some of their beliefs. It is very similar to Tolle's philosophy.

So good Gary. I have found too that I can just allow all feelings to flow. If you resist and stuff, they become a part of the pain body. If you allow yourself to express them, and allow them to flow, they just pass through. And are not more or les...

The Law of Dharma or Purpose in Life

Everyone has a purpose in life . . . a unique gift or special talent to give to others. When we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals.

Your intent is beautiful and I am certain you will help many people. When I was in the rooms of alanon and CoDA I felt so blessed and learned so much about being free to be me. Best wishes and blessings today. I am excited you are here also!

About me
Today I am a Certified Cellular Memory Release Facilitator and a Ayurvedic Specialist.
Do you struggle with shame, guilt, self-hatred, depression, or a sense of powerlessness?
My name is Gary Jacobsson and I am a Certified Cellular Memory Release Facilitator. I help people recover from these seemingly hopeless states of mind and body. C.M.R. has really helped me to uncover, discover, and discard beliefs, behaviors, and old patterns that were no longer serving me. CMR took my healing to a much deeper level. The process is noninvasive and clients report feeling a deeper sense of well being and feeling peaceful.

I had spent 10 years in A.A. and Al-anon and had done everything I was asked to do in recovery and yet I still felt unhappy and dissatisfied with myself and my life. Why wasn’t I feeling happy, joyous, and free as promised?
I am now grateful to have discovered CMR, a process that held the key to what I think is the missing piece. That piece for me, was working with the body not just the mind. What is unique with this approach is it allows the body to be heard, it allows the feelings that are present, and acknowledges the body. This process releases energy blocks that keep old unwanted patterns repeating themselves. The mind and body need to be in alignment for healing to happen. Healing happens when a person is empowered by learning these simple tools and techniques associated with this process. You to can resolve core energy blocks and connect with your wholeness.
When we are willing to go within and see what’s inside of ourselves at the deepest levels of our being only then can true healing take place. It’s not about being “good” it’s about being authentic.

Namaste' Gary
