Awakened Recovery & Wellness

Have you seen this?

It's been said that the Universe first separated the salt water from the fresh, formed dry land, planted a garden, made animals and fish... all before humans were born. Nature made and provided what we'd need before we were born. These are best & more powerful when eaten raw or gently steamed. We've been such slow learners...

Nature left us a great clue as to what foods help what part of our body.
Nature's Pharmacy. Amazing.

A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye... and YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the ey es.

A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four chambers and is red. All of the research shows tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food.

Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.

A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. We now know walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.

Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.

Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and many more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.

Avocadoes, Eggplant and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? It takes exactly nine (9) months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).

Figs a re full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm as well to overcome male sterility.

Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.

Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries

Oranges, Grapefruits, and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.

Onions look like the body's cells. Today's research shows onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes. A working companion, Garlic, also helps eliminate waste materials and dangerous free radicals from the body.

Hello,
I just bought some lemons today and had also read to put some honey into warm water for coughs.
I will also be trying a recipe for coughs taking a onion and roast it, Wrap it in cheese cloth and put on your chest.
I will let you know how it works.

With the cold season we have been using inhalations to help stuffy noises.
We have one day of 90 degrees and then we turn around and it's 40. California weather!
Let me know if you would like some recipes.

Love, Cleone

Cleone, please do let me know how that works. I just bought some more lemons, too. They are kind of expensive, but so worth it! I like the small ones as they seem to have more juice and less rind.

Feel free to post any recipes that you are inspired to. And I do have a question, do you have one for constipation? I just got some laxative herbal tea, but I need some extra help keeping my colon flowing right now, and seem to be having difficulty getting enough fiber naturally. Any ideas??

Big hugs, Cleone!

Hello Loving Life,
I thought raw carrots would help then I opened up my book and it said that carrot juice would be helpful, Funny! I'm practicing on hearing my guides!
When my son was young I would make chamomile tea and put it in his bottle it eased the pain in his tummy.

The lemon and honey worked real well plus a inhalation to go along helped with the stuffy nose.
Boil water and add Essential Oils
2-3 drops of Eucalyptus
2-3 drops Cedar Wood
Drape towel over head and breathe in the vapors.

Feel wonderful!

Loving Life,
I was searching around and some things came to me last night as well as today.
Last night I was looking into my louise Hay book and and it says with Constipation this could be a reason for, Refusing to release old ideas. Stuck in the past. Sometimes stinginess.
Affirmation, As I release the past, The new and fresh and vital enter. I allow life to flow through me.

Today I was checking out a book online that someone had referred to me just yesterday and was surprised to see the book talks about a women that had anxiety's due from past life events.

Are you seeing what I'm seeing.
I have been told that my reason for anxiety's is because of my journey here to earth, Being born.
Not sure how to quite yet resolve that one yet but in time.

Doreen Virtue has a past life regression tape and I have done this before with wonderful results.

Loving Life,

I carry a black crystal with me because just this last couple weeks do I see how sensitive I am to other's energy's.
I have had a couple friends just drain me as I was helping them, I was feeling upset and then my family had to deal with my moods.
It is true what they say that anger can spread faster then a disease.

I let it flow daily and am learning that even when things things do not seem flowing (The way I want them to) There is a reason and if you sit back long enough to figure it out, It shows up in pleasant surprises. That is sitting back with a neutral mind.

This is interesting however with past events that have changed our lives that we are aware of come into play, To forgive which is what everyone says to do including ourselves.
I just read a wonderful book that says don't live in the past as that will only create your future, Most surely our pain.
Do not live in the past or the future because the future is not there yet, Live in the now and be present is the only way to live without fear, Pain and suffering, Becoming awaken.
Funny as I am reading the book alot happened to me in conjunction with the book, Including coming on this sight.

I allow life to flow through me, Perfect!

I came upon this video today and I noticed that many of my health issues stem in the throat chakra area. The message/lesson of this chakra as stated in the video says : Learning to take responsibility for one's own needs. That's what I've been working on emotionally in the "inner child" area. Pretty nice reminder. There are also suggestions on which gems and which flower essences support each chakra.
It's a quick reference guide. The flower essences, etc., reminded me of what you wrote about carrying the crystal for boundary support. We can also use mirrors to reflect others energy back to them. Like, a small compact mirror in the pocket. This is good stuff.

Thats so funny that is the area I have been working on myself, The inner child.
It has been throwing tantrums, Yes tantrums over the last months, Just as I did as a child!
I am remembering the inner peace as a child and the simple life of just being excited for each new day and each new moment.

I have been grounding myself with just intentions of breathing in the Universal energies as I inhale and anchoring myself to the Earth as I exhale throughout the day.
I do have a compact in my purse, Great idea.

Have a wonderful day,
Cleone

Me, too, Cleone! Temper tantrums with a capital "T"! I just let her have free reign and get it out. I always feel better after that. Then I feel back in the expanding states. And I go through inner shifting this way. Sometimes it feels good, sometimes it feels uncomfortable. It's a balancing act, getting it cleared out and back into balance. The more "she" can let out, the more room I have inside to receive the flow. That is how it's going for me.

Wow. These are powerful times. Alot of clearing and shifting going on. We just can't hold anything in anymore. I like your reminder to ground, too. That is really important. Thanks for that! hugs, alexa

Hi you all!!!I want to recommend you RED TEA. It is good tasting, and has many qualities as eliminating cholesterol from the body, regulating blood presure and a digestion helpful: Try it, it is an important antioxidant and I prefer it to green tea as red one doesn´t feel uncomfortable at stomach cause of acid sensation!!!

two cups a day are a enough and healthy measure.

Be blessed
