A healthy lifestyle includes a healthy belief system.
Living a healthful lifestyle includes ways of thinking that support feeling good in life on a daily basis. Healthy thinking is foundational to healthy living.
We are all familiar with Louise Hay, Law of Attraction, and many other teachings that incude healing our emotions and beliefs. Affirming that you already ARE whole and healthy can begin, or re-begin, to align your thinking today.

Sometimes we get off-course in spite of our awareness and the work we have already done. Many times when we are ill and our bodies hurt it is difficult to say and believe "I am healthy." Additionally, when we are actively healing emotionally and feel "broken" it is difficult to say "I am whole." That's ok too. We can begin by noticing "I am breathing" or "my body is still healing, that shows that it is healthy," and re-build our positive focus from there. "I'm facing my pain, that is healthy and courageous. I love me." If you need to re-begin every day for the next 100 days, that's ok, too. Begin again today from wherever you are! "Maybe I can change how I think and feel." "Maybe I am in that process right now!"

"Lifestyle Thinking" for Recovering Ultimate Health includes:
Knowing we are doing our best and our best is good enough
Releasing perfection (recovery is about "progress not perfection")
Power of choice (We can choose to be gentle and loving with ourselves)
Taking 100% responsibility for our life and awakening (empower yourself! it really is up to you and only you)
Knowing it is safe and healthy to express our feelings (All of our feelings are natural and human. Some of us are re-learning that it is safe to express all of them in healthy ways.)
Being gentle and loving with ourselves (always, always, always! be kind to yourself)
and...
Celebrate often.
Celebrate Life! Celebrate baby steps! Celebrate YOU!

Today's recommended healthy practice
Begin the day with an affirming meditation. This is a good one that brings the Light into all areas of ourselves: body, mind, spirit and emotions.

GREEN JUICE
Do you know the real reason why green juices are so good for us? Here's 7 reasons why Juicing Greens is what we all should do everyday....

1. Fastest way to alkalize our bodies (helps eliminate inflammation and acids in our bloodstream)

2. 100% Pre-digested. (Goes into our bloodstream immediately, reaching everyone of our 100 trillion cells, bathing and bringing powerhouse nutrients and oxygen.)

3. Enzyme rich ~ These greens are power-packed with plant based enzymes that help 'eat' up undigested particles in our bloodstream, helping to heal our bodies.
4. Instsant Energy! Green juices give us more energy than any other juice can give to us!
5. Low-Glycemic ~ Green juices are low glycemic and just about any human being can drink them, even if they are diabetic.
6. Power of Photosynthesis! Green juices are literally bursting with the power of photosynthesis. This means that the conversion from the sun to the plants are now present inside your body when you drink these greens.
7. Helps with Elimination efficiently! You would be surprised to see just how wonderful green juices can help heal the stomach lining, esophagus and small and large intestine.

Try to make this TONIC everyday, even if it's just for breakfast or before bedtime....anytime is the perfect time! and BOY this tonic is delicious. Organic Only....

Surround yourself with beautiful things, interesting people and positive energy....

Find someone who makes you truly happy and never let them go.

Don’t take things personally, it’s never worth the headaches.

If you’re not enjoying your life, you’re not doing it right.

Take care of your body and it will take care of you.

Spread the joy and get it right back.

Smile as often as you can.

Eat cookies.

Where there is a sense of contentment, a commitment to welcoming and learning from every obstacle and an attitude of gratitude, there is happiness.

“Wellness isn’t about deprivation and it’s not about perfection. It is about pointing yourself in the direction of growth, training yourself to get comfortable with your highest potential, and then taking small steps to support that shift. It’s about showing up for yourself, day by day, and then one day finding that you’ve undergone a transformation.”

LOVE HEALS
All healing is letting go of fear.
"Love is the medicine that accelerates healing. Love yourself, love your neighbor, love your enemy, but begin with self-love. You cannot love others until you love yourself." don Miguel Ruiz
