I'm so grateful for the work of melanie beattie. I needed some good code advice last week, and she was there, wise and comforing, a guiding light in "those" times. thank goodness for the gifts that alanon taught me when I needed a place to go. for me that was in 2004. and that is where I purchased her book The Language of Letting Go. I cherish it's wisdom and will have to have it on hand next time I stop by to share. And yes, it is time to bring those habitual emotional reactions of mine into maturity also. namaste

As i see the progress that I have have made, it becomes clear to me that many of my habitual REACTIONS needs to be transformed into a normal mature behavior. The only possible way to improve the conditions of one's life is to improve one's emotional conditional.

Poets turn themselves inside out looking for raw material, like a pauper turning out his pockets hoping for a penny. And so often what spills out is one of the ghosts of lovers long gone. We are so Mobil, we garner many loves along the way, and love once given can't really be taken back. It can't even be turned to hate, though hate or anger may take its place.

Love is always love--the raw truth. It may warm us for a lifetime or surprise us--come and go like wind before snow and leave us perplexed. What was that masked emotion?

Love songs are so volitile--they call up ghosts that we try to keep locked away. How can we love one another wholeheartedly when so many ghosts clamor for attention? Products of divorce and remarriage and divorce, how do we love again? Standing on that hill in Colorado with the new wife by your side, do you see the first one and mourn the loss, berift and lost, though hand in hand? How do I make you see me?

How many ghosts do we bring into our marriages, and how do we sort them out and shoo them away and turn to one another for the genuine--hands, eyes, hair--and hold one another close against the ghosts?

As we start to open up to the fact that we are starting to understand
The reason and the purpose of our life time we then realize within our
Hearts there is a higher vibration and it is beating in every part of ourselves.

As we reach these new and
Higher ways of being, they are not always how we expected them
To be. And with so much coming and going in our lives along with so much
Change occurring, we may wonder what in the world is going on.

Even though we may not consciously know at the time 'Why' and the
'What's .... Our lives are evolving into, we are simply trusting in the process which
Can bring us great comfort and relief.

At lower levels things may not make sense. But at the higher dimensional
Levels they always make perfect sense. Although the phrase
<> "All " is Always in Divine Right order," <>
May at times sound trite
And repetitive, and get old as well. Then when we are able to see
Through personal experience,this process is in total perfection, that the old
Phrase begins to make some sense.

Over and over again, as we view things from a higher
Dimensional level, the perfection is always evident. Things are
Always working like a perfectly oiled machine. And even though
It may appear otherwise, these strange and confusing
Experiences are here to support us in every way.

As our lives makes changes from within separations began's.
Things that you liked and enjoyed is not there for you as well as
People may often drift away from you or you may leave them.
This is just part of growth into a higher vibration for your self.

So many times I have seen individuals go
Through what they interpret as very painful experiences.
Their romantic partner leaves out of their life. They may of died,
They may went to war, they may of just left you for someone else. This Painful experience
Usually places them in the 'Victim's Role" with the side car of abdomen
Issues which brings this problem to the forefront, to over come.
Or later to teach others about "The Victim Role."

What is almost always occurring is an immense expression of
Love at a higher soul levels. One partner knows that the other is
Ready to experience more of their higher purpose, or ready to
Expand and grow, and hence, will then leave the other in order to
Give him/her this very important opportunity to grow. (We do not see
This as often as we should....) Also partners will separate because the
Vibration of the planet has reached a certain level. Remember before
We were born, we agreed to fulfill certain Roles and purposes. We do
Incarnate in groups. Each of us has several soul partners and
There are many in our soul groups. We came to serve as
Companions and supporters for each other...Not necessarily as
Some belive that it is just Romantic Partners that are Soul Mates.

When the planet reaches certain frequencies, We can then began to move
Into our pre-birth plans. We then also start to notice the change coming
Into our lives the 'Separation' from those we have been with during certain
Cycles of our lives. They were in our lives for only at time and that was at
The time we needed certain situations to occur to fulfill new and
Different roles, and therefore, need to pick up and allow our self to move
In different directions.

Reading this you may be at times looking back on your life seeing that you were at times, living your life and attracting others that on the same negative level. When this becomes an eye opener of quite a negative state you are seeing the same ways that your others see, you are agreeing and all falls into a deeper state of Negativity. The Law of Attraction is again at work..
In that lower level, were contacting and attracting what was needing a negative experience to work on soul growth.

So as you climb higher you will have the compassion to understand
Others that might be remaining on a lower level or as some teachings call
'The Lower octave.'
Here are some states of negativity,
These may manifest as a sudden as a moring you wake up and your as mad as Hell...."Not able to get Along with the day that has your duties waiting for you...Or you've got the "No body Blues."
Or a "Nothing to Experience my life is dull...etc.

The question:
Many of us ask, you mean when we are in a lower energy such as being Impulsive, having spontaneous urges, tendency of doing what ever you want to do regardless of who you may hurt along the way... This motion will transmits energy that comes back to haunt you and at times brings all it's little cousins to set on your door step.. (some call it Karma..)
Another way a negative experience works is it to produce
An experience your purposefully needed for Soul growth. It is part of the plan you made and have
needed as you entered into this life time. We have to remember if we were perfect little angels I don't think we would be here.

This is from notes that I have worked on to bring more understandings of the
Ups and downs I have been through in this life time.

I agree Nancy, and love to keep my home clear. Of course, sometimes things do get backed up a bit, on the table or where I keep the mail, and that's ok too. But I love the sentiment here and it helps me too to keep my inner self clear and flowing. namaste

Sometimes when we talk about 'clearing the clutter' some of you immediately think of an overstuffed attic, a jam-packed garage or that drawer in the kitchen that holds the pens that no longer work. Sometimes we also gloss over the monthly mags that sit atop the catalogs and Sunday paper grocery coupon inserts. But you need to deal with the 'clutter' of those books and magazines, since this is the time when new books, inserts and paperwork start piling up. Start like this: keep all the books for school in one space per student. Put all the books that you need for work into another space so you don't waste any of your precious time searching for a timely tome. Donate any other books that don't fit into your current lifestyle to a shelter or a library. Speaking of current, throw away all magazines, catalogs and circulars except for the last ones that you've received. Yes, even get rid of those with the articles you've been meaning to read or clip out for a friend. Trust your Higher Power to provide you with all the information that you really need in order to make your life lovelier and luckier. Then feel the lightness of that lifted load and watch the energies flow more smoothly and sleekly through your now organized and uncluttered space

Hi Mike, Yes it is about time for an appointment. We have just gone through the day 09-09-09 and have now we are looking for a way to close old doors which the number nine is the end of a cycle and the 10 is a 1 which smiles on us and gives to us the chance to start with a clean slate...It also give us a chance to check on the healing process, and check on how much is Ego and how much is Soul. When healing regardless what has been a problem, it must be nurtured and taken care or it gets sick again.
