I love your statement if she could step out side the box and look at what is going on with every one, and at this time she may be the only one that can fix things for her children.

I am sure at this time about all she is doing is "Complaining" At this time I have been encouranging her to go to a few meeting and listen to other Women and Men tell their many years that they could fit every thing that goes on under her roof..

For my self and the Al-Alon information I have I am reminded to take care of my self, from the past I have learned it is quite easy to go on to a one on one with a person and not to get caught up in their Drama. In meetings we are a little more safe for our self..

I love the story of the Holy man walking down the Path with Sureness in his step, He then heard a cry for help....HE LEFT HIS PATh..... to help the one that had fallen in a dark hole,,,He called to him, If I reach down to help you as I am not very strong, will you try to help me pull you out...O! yes! The Holy man reach down for him and was pulled in and the man in destress climb up and over the Holy man, left him in the whole and went on his marry way...

I have this story in my mind at all times and I try my best to keep my feet on my path and ask others to help me help others..

tell her to put her self out side the box and imagine she was a friend looking in on her relationship , what would she tell them to do. it is so hard when you love someone , the children will notice things are diffrent at weekends, than in the week belive me they do notice things. it may not come out untill there teens or adulthood, and there could become a circle as the children will only think that it is right to get drunk its the norm. it could be something from his past, if she will talk to you or me that would be good it takes confidence to leve some one our make them see there ways, and her confidence could be low so she has to build that up to cope and talkings good for that. she can email me if that helps. hopes that helps you L&L Kareenxxxxxxx

Hello Kareen, I'm so glad you are here, I have questions sent to me by phone that I can use others points of views.

So I will start out with a question that I got from a gal that is 27 years old 3 little boys. and never married their father but is still living with him and every week-end he drinks for two days and a half.
What do you see for her or any words of support to her..
